Razorfish, the Publicis Groupe digital agency, ran its own paid summer internship in 2026, and nothing is open today. Its 2026 intern postings paid $20 an hour for a June 1 to July 31 hybrid program in Chicago, Miami, New York and Birmingham, Michigan, open to college juniors, seniors and recent graduates. On 25 October 2026 Razorfish's jobs board listed 50 US roles and none was an internship. Its first 2026 intern postings went up on 22 December 2025, so for summer 2027 expect roles from about December 2026: in plain words, you apply this winter and intern in summer 2027. Last cycle's stated deadlines ran from 10 February to 1 April 2026. This guide covers Razorfish in the US only, not Publicis Sapient, Digitas or other Publicis agencies.

# ProgramsOne Razorfish Summer Internship Program, posted by function: Strategy, Social Content & Engagement Strategy, Media, Program Management, Copywriting, Business Development, Data Science & Analytics

Razorfish posts its summer interns by function in a December to January burst, each with its own deadline, and none is open today.

Externships are short, remote programs where you finish a real project for a real company, most commonly over 8 weeks at 5 to 10 hours a week, so you can finish one before Razorfish's winter postings. The Health-Ade (Generous Brands) Consumer Behavior & Insights Externship builds the audience research Razorfish's strategy interns do, and the BeReal Product Management Externship fits its product strategy craft. What Is a Razorfish Internship?

A Razorfish internship is a paid summer role at Razorfish, the digital agency in Publicis Groupe that says it did "a full reboot" in 2020. Razorfish ran a "Summer Internship Program 2026" with its own requisitions, covering real client work, mentorship and a "guided campaign pitch competition", per its postings (e.g. Strategy and Copywriting, archived February 2026). Interns work in a function, such as strategy, media, copywriting or data science. Razorfish hires its own interns; sibling Publicis agencies run separate programs and calendars.

When Do Razorfish Internship Applications Open for 2027–2028?

Razorfish's one documented cycle is summer 2026. Its first intern postings (Strategy, Social Content & Engagement Strategy, Program Management, Media and two Copywriting roles) were created on 22 to 23 December 2025, about 5.3 months before the June 1 start. Business Development followed on 16 January 2026 and Data Science & Analytics on 29 January, about 4.1 months before the start. For summer 2027, expect the same December to January spread. This is one cycle, so treat the timing as a lower-confidence estimate.

February to April 2027EXPECTEDHARD DEADLINE

Expected: per-posting deadlines. Last cycle's stated deadlines were 10 February (Data Science), 27 February (Program Management, Business Development) and 1 April 2026 (both Copywriting roles). Three postings stated none.

The 2026 program ran June 1 to July 31, full-time and hybrid. Expect a similar start in early June 2027. Razorfish doesn't publish a conversion rate.

How to read this page: our dates come from tracking previous recruiting cycles and daily posting data. Treat them as informed estimates based on historical patterns, not confirmed dates. The company's official careers page is always the most current source. If a role is posted there, go by that, even if this page suggests the window hasn't opened yet.

Why You Must Apply the Week Applications Open

Razorfish's 2026 postings carried the line "The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be" a date, and the dates differed by role. The Data Science & Analytics posting went up on 29 January 2026 with a deadline of 10 February, only 12 days later, while the Copywriting roles ran until 1 April. Three of the eight postings we read gave no date at all. Because you can't tell which kind you're looking at until you open it, apply within the first week of a posting.

Which Razorfish Internship Programs Should You Target?

Razorfish posted its 2026 interns as separate requisitions by function. These are the ones we read from archived copies of its own board.

What Are the Eligibility Requirements?

Every 2026 posting we read used the same eligibility lines.

• Class year: "a college junior, senior, or recent graduate (up to six months post-graduation)", so freshmen and sophomores weren't in scope in 2026.

• Field: a student or recent graduate in marketing, advertising, communications, business or a related field.

• Data Science & Analytics: a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, rather than the class-year line.

• GPA and work authorization: neither is stated.

• Format: full-time, hybrid, three days a week in the office; the postings list temporary employment.

Can Recent Graduates Apply?

Yes, within limits. The postings accept recent graduates up to six months after graduation, which makes Razorfish unusual among agency programs for students who finish in December. If you graduate in May 2027 and want the summer 2027 cohort, you fall inside that window only if the 2027 postings repeat the same line.

What Skills Does Razorfish Look For, and How Do You Build Them?

Three groups stand out across the eight 2026 postings. Communication and storytelling appears in all eight. Teamwork and research appear in seven each, from the strategy intern's research and brief writing to the copywriter's subject research. Role tools vary: data and reporting appear in five, social media and content in four, and Microsoft Office in four, while the Data Science & Analytics posting alone names Adobe Analytics, Tableau or Power BI and Python.

Each row maps a theme from Razorfish's 2026 postings to a remote Externship that produces a finished project.

None of these Externships is affiliated with Razorfish. Most run about 8 weeks, so one started in November can finish before the December postings.

What Is the Razorfish Application and Interview Process Like?

Razorfish doesn't publish its interview steps. This is what its 2026 postings show.

1. Pick a function and office. Razorfish posts one requisition per function, so you apply to each role that fits.

2. Apply on the Razorfish board. Postings sit on careers.publicisgroupe.com under the Razorfish brand.

3. Watch the deadline line. Five of the eight postings we read state an anticipated deadline; read it before you start.

4. Prepare for the pitch. The program includes a guided campaign pitch competition, so practice explaining an idea in a few minutes.

Interview rounds, timing and assessments aren't published on Razorfish's own pages, so ask your recruiter.

What Students on Reddit Say

We read three Reddit threads about Razorfish. None discusses the internship program: they cover full-time agency life and one creative job lead, so there are no community cards on this page.

How Do You Stand Out for a Razorfish Internship?

First, choose a function and show proof in it: writing samples for copywriting, a short research brief for strategy, a small dashboard for data science. Second, apply fast, because 2026 deadlines could be as short as 12 days after posting. Third, prepare for the campaign pitch competition by practicing a three-minute idea with a clear audience and result. Razorfish says high-performing interns "may be considered for full-time opportunities" but publishes no applicant counts or conversion rate.

FAQ

Can I still apply for a summer 2026 Razorfish internship?

No. The 2026 program ran June 1 to July 31, and its deadlines passed between 10 February and 1 April 2026. Razorfish's board listed no internships on 25 October 2026. The next opening is summer 2027, with postings expected from about December 2026.

When do Razorfish summer 2027 internship applications open?

Expect December 2026 to January 2027. Last cycle six intern postings went up on 22 and 23 December 2025, Business Development on 16 January 2026 and Data Science & Analytics on 29 January. That's one documented cycle, so the dates are an estimate, not a promise.

How much do Razorfish interns make?

The 2026 postings listed $20 an hour, and all eight we read said so. Razorfish hasn't published summer 2027 pay. Interns were temporary employees, with medical coverage after 90 consecutive days and 401(k) eligibility after 1,000 work hours, according to the postings that listed benefits.

Who can apply to Razorfish's summer internship?

The 2026 postings named college juniors, seniors and recent graduates up to six months after graduation, in marketing, advertising, communications, business or related fields. Razorfish didn't state a GPA minimum or work authorization rules in the postings we read, so check each 2027 posting.

What were Razorfish's internship deadlines last cycle?

They varied by posting. Data Science & Analytics listed 10 February 2026, Program Management and Business Development 27 February, and both Copywriting roles 1 April. Strategy, Social and Media listed no date. Razorfish phrased them as anticipated deadlines, so apply early rather than waiting for the listed date.

Where are Razorfish internships located?

The 2026 postings listed New York, Chicago, Miami and Birmingham, Michigan, and the program was hybrid with three days a week in the office. Razorfish has other US offices, including Seattle and Atlanta, but we saw no 2026 intern posting there. Confirm locations on each 2027 posting.

Is Razorfish part of Publicis Sapient or Digitas?

Razorfish, Publicis Sapient and Digitas are separate agencies under Publicis Groupe. Razorfish posted its own intern requisitions under its own brand, and each sister agency runs its own program and calendar. Check the employer name on a posting before you apply, and don't assume dates carry across.

Does a Razorfish internship lead to a full-time offer?

Possibly. The postings say high-performing interns may be considered for full-time opportunities, supported by Razorfish's early career development programs. Razorfish doesn't publish how many interns convert, and we found no first-hand report with a number, so treat the offer as a possibility.

Razorfish's summer 2027 internship postings are expected from about December 2026, and none is open today. Set your alerts now, and use the weeks before to finish a project with a remote Externship.
