Once Externs complete their externship, they put the experience and skills on their resume and LinkedIns. This gives externs an opportunity to showcase and prove they did projects, learned the skills, and had the direct experience from the company and mentor. Externs can now show their experience is real, it’s not a case study, it’s not a simulation, it’s real experience they get to put on their LinkedIn.
