• Class year: sophomores and juniors with an expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2029 (freshmen and graduating seniors are excluded)

Is the Work Authorization Rule a Hard Gate?

Yes. All three JDs use the same language: Gallagher hires US citizens, permanent residents, refugees, and temporary residents, and excludes non-immigrant work authorization such as F, J, H, and L visas. The only carve-out is "shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill," which is an exception, not a pathway.
