OC&C Strategy Consultants has closed its US undergraduate internship for summer 2027. The deadline for the USA Summer Internship 2027 (Associate Consultant) was September 18, 2026, according to Management Consulted's deadline table, and the posting is gone from the firm's US careers site. When we checked on October 12, 2026, that site listed 11 vacancies and no US internship.
Two tracks, two calendars. For undergraduates, the cycle to plan for is summer 2028: you apply by about mid-September 2027, you intern in summer 2028. For MBA students, the door for summer 2027 hasn't opened yet. OC&C's separate Consultant Internship isn't posted, and last cycle it was live by mid-October and closed on January 2. The undergraduate deadline has also been moving earlier: October 9 in 2023, October 4 in 2024, September 18 in 2026.
What Is an OC&C Strategy Consultants Internship?
An OC&C Strategy Consultants internship is a summer placement on client project teams at the firm's two US offices, Boston and New York. OC&C is a London-headquartered strategy firm that describes itself as "an international boutique strategy consulting firm with 14 offices worldwide," focused on retail, leisure, consumer goods, media, technology, B2B products and services, and private equity. Undergraduates join as Associate Consultant interns and MBA students as Consultant interns. The undergraduate posting says interns "will be staffed on projects and are expected to actively contribute to case work." OC&C ranks #15 on Vault's Consulting 50 (2026 edition). This page covers the US programs only. It also isn't about OCC, the Options Clearing Corporation, which is an unrelated company.
When Do OC&C Strategy Consultants Internship Applications Open for 2027–2028?
OC&C US posts two internships on two calendars. The undergraduate Associate Consultant internship recruits about a year ahead: the summer 2024 posting closed on October 9, 2023, the summer 2025 posting on October 4, 2024, and the summer 2027 posting on September 18, 2026, which is about 8.5 to 9 months before the internship. We couldn't document the summer 2026 cycle. A candidate on Reddit said they applied for summer 2027 in late August 2026, so the posting was up by then. The MBA Consultant Internship runs later: the summer 2024 posting closed on January 12, 2024, and the summer 2026 posting was live by October 12, 2025 and closed on January 2, 2026, about five months before the summer. Because the undergraduate deadline moved 16 days earlier between 2024 and 2026, it may move again.
Undergraduate applications for summer 2027 closed on September 18, 2026, and first-round interviews are under way. The MBA Consultant Internship for summer 2027 isn't posted yet.

Why You Must Apply the Week Applications Open
OC&C's US postings carry a hard deadline. The summer 2025 posting opened with the cutoff in capital letters, down to the hour (7pm ET on October 4), and a posting is removed once its date passes. On October 12, 2026, the address of the summer 2027 posting returned a "Vacancy Not Found" page. There's a second reason to move early inside the window. The summer 2025 posting said: "We have a set amount of vacancies for each of our offices (Boston & New York) therefore location choice will be first come first serve." So waiting until the last day can cost you your preferred office even if you're on time. The deadline itself has moved earlier across cycles, from October 9 to October 4 to September 18. Don't plan around last year's date.

Both appear on the US careers site when open. That site also carries an "Associate Consultant Summer Internship 2027 (London Office)" posting, which is a UK role with its own dates and pay.
What Are the Eligibility Requirements?
The summer 2027 posting has been taken down, so these rules come from OC&C's earlier US postings, which used the same wording two years running:
• Class year (undergraduate): the summer 2025 posting was "for candidates graduating Dec 2025-June 2026," which means students one year from graduating. Management Consulted lists the summer 2027 round as class of 2028.
• MBA track: current MBA students, with "both your Quantitative and Verbal GMAT scores" on the résumé.
• Work authorization: OC&C USA "may only consider candidates who have permanent work authorization within the United States, who are eligible for TN visas, or candidates who have STEM extension options to their OPT student visas."
• GPA and major: neither is stated. The profile asks for "an intuitive analytical mind, supported by logical thinking and strong numeracy."
• Materials: "You must submit a Cover Letter & CV in one document and apply via this portal to be reviewed."
Is There a GPA Cutoff at OC&C?
No number is published. The US postings we read name no GPA and no required major, and they describe the candidate through evidence instead: strong numeracy, and teamwork shown "through their extra-curricular activities and early work experiences." The firmer gates are the graduation window and work authorization. If you graduate more than about a year after the internship, the undergraduate posting isn't written for you yet. If you're on a student visa, read the work authorization sentence on the next live posting closely, since we could only confirm the wording on the 2023 and 2024 versions.

What Is the OC&C Strategy Consultants Application and Interview Process Like?
