Last updated: October 2026
The Los Angeles Rams hire interns in waves, not one class: single-department seasonal postings go up on TeamWork Online between January and April, and most start in mid-July. In plain words: for the 2027 season you apply around January to April 2027, between two and six months before the start, and the 2026 roles paid $18 to $18.50 an hour.
As of 17 October 2026 the Rams' board lists seven postings and no internships. The last two intern postings we found, a Bilingual Social Media Intern and a Seasonal Intern for Stadium Operations & Accreditation, are closed to new applications.

Externships are short, remote programs where you finish a real project for a real company, and unlike the Rams' roles you can start one this month. The Pinterest Gen Z Consumer Behavior Externship builds the fan and social insight behind digital roles, and the Beats by Dre Creative Advertising Strategy Externship builds the campaign thinking behind communications and partnerships.
What Is a Los Angeles Rams Internship?
A Los Angeles Rams internship is a paid, seasonal placement in one department of the NFL club, posted as its own role on TeamWork Online. There is no single named class. Titles seen in 2026 include Equipment Training Camp Intern, Football Operations Training Camp Intern, Corporate Communications Intern, Seasonal Digital Intern, Community Impact and Engagement Intern and Seasonal Intern for Stadium Operations & Accreditation.
The club is owned by Stan Kroenke's Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, but interns are posted under "Los Angeles Rams", so the Rams are the employer here. Part-time Rams Foundation event staff and Youth Engagement Coach jobs, and the Rams' high school summer internship with LA Promise Fund, are separate and aren't covered. NFL league-office internships are a different program.

When Do Los Angeles Rams Internship Applications Open for 2027–2028?
The Rams don't run one class; they post single-department roles over several months. Last cycle the equipment training camp intern appeared in mid-January 2026, communications and writing roles in mid-March, a digital role in early April and football operations on 27 April, each archived from TeamWork's own pages. Most started in mid-July, a lead of roughly two and a half to six months.
That pattern is only one documented cycle, and it moved a lot from 2024, when digital and writing roles were archived in June. Treat the January to April 2027 window as low-to-medium confidence and start checking in January.
No Rams internship is posted. The board lists seven postings, none an internship, and the season-long 2026 class is mid-term until about February 2027. This is the window to prepare for the 2027 waves.
Create a TeamWork Online profile and turn on alerts for the Los Angeles Rams. If you want a training camp role, check the basics now: 18 or older, a valid driver's license, your own computer and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
Rams intern postings for the 2027 season are expected in waves, based on 2026: equipment in January, communications and writing in March, digital in April, football operations in late April. Postings state no close date, so apply in the first week.
Irregular one-off postings are possible. A Bilingual Social Media Intern role appeared in 2026 and has closed, and in 2024 some roles were archived as late as June.
Training camp interns work mid-July to the end of August; season-long interns start in July and ran to February last cycle. The Rams publish no conversion rate.
How to read this page: our dates come from tracking previous recruiting cycles and daily posting data. Treat them as informed estimates based on historical patterns, not confirmed dates. The company's official careers page is always the most current source. If a role is posted there, go by that, even if this page suggests the window hasn't opened yet.
Why You Must Apply the Week Applications Open
Rams postings state no deadline, but they don't stay up indefinitely: once a role is filled the page reads "This job is closed to new applications." We can't prove how long any 2026 role was open, so we won't call it rolling or a hard deadline. The safe plan is to apply the first week a role appears.
Two things can slow you down. Training camp roles need a driver's license and your own computer, and season-long roles run July to February at 40 or more hours a week, so check your school calendar before you apply.
Which Los Angeles Rams Internship Programs Should You Target?
These are the intern titles the Rams posted in 2026; each is a separate posting and the mix changes by year.
| Track | Focus | Duration | Key details |
|---|---|---|---|
| Football Operations Training Camp Intern | Camp build-out and break-down, player and staff check-in, open practice management, guest access | Summer only, mid-July to end of August 2026 | $18.50 an hour, 40 or more hours a week, overtime eligible; 18 or older, driver's license, own computer |
| Equipment Training Camp Intern | Equipment support at training camp | Summer only | Archived 14 Jan 2026; pay not read |
| Corporate Communications Intern | News clippings, website articles, media tracking reports, staff newsletter, gameday transcriptions and press releases | Seasonal | $18 an hour; bachelor's degree listed; media experience preferred |
| Seasonal Digital Intern | Video and YouTube titles, thumbnails and search work, using Photoshop and Premiere Pro | Seasonal | $18 an hour; four days in the Woodland Hills office, one remote; Spanish a plus |
| Community Impact and Engagement Intern | Community programs and events, with evenings, weekends and holidays | July 2026 to February 2027 | $18 an hour; 40 or more hours a week; posting says it isn't a summer internship |
| Stadium Operations & Accreditation; Bilingual Social Media | Seasonal Intern for stadium operations and accreditation; Bilingual Social Media Intern for Vamos Rams | Seasonal | Both closed; pay not read |
Live listings appear on the Rams TeamWork Online page. Seasonal Writing and Football Communications intern roles also posted in 2026, but we only have their titles.
What Are the Eligibility Requirements?
There is no single Rams standard; each posting sets its own. These are the requirements in the 2026 postings we read:
• Training camp roles: 18 or older, a valid driver's license, your own computer, availability for the summer and certain weekdays, weekends and holidays, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Communications: a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is listed under qualifications; college or pro sports media experience is preferred.
• Digital: a bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience, with Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Microsoft Office; Spanish is a plus.
• Community impact: proficiency in Microsoft Office and availability evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Academic credit, GPA and work authorization: not stated in the postings we read.

Is a Rams Internship a Summer Internship?
Only the training camp roles are summer only. The Community Impact and Engagement posting says outright that it isn't a summer internship, and it ran July 2026 to February 2027 at 40 or more hours a week, in the office four full days a week. That leaves little room for a fall class schedule, so a current student should plan a term off or look at the camp roles.
What Skills Do the Los Angeles Rams Look For, and How Do You Build Them?
Rams postings lean on practical tools and availability. Microsoft Office is named in every posting we read. Digital roles add Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro, a content management system and YouTube titling and search work, communications roles add strong writing, and operations roles add organization and multitasking. Bilingual Spanish is called out for digital and social roles. We read four postings in full, too few for a skill-count chart.
Note: Skill-frequency chart left out: only four Rams intern postings (football operations camp, corporate communications, community impact and seasonal digital) could be read in full, below our five-posting minimum.

For Rams applicants: the Rams' board lists no internships today, and last year's communications and digital roles went up between mid-March and early April, so build writing and content proof this winter and apply the week they appear.

Build These Skills Before You Apply
Each row pairs a requirement from a Rams posting with a remote Externship that builds the same skill.
| Skill (from real JDs) | JD evidence | Externship that builds it |
|---|---|---|
| Fan and social content | Seasonal Digital Intern: YouTube titles, thumbnails and search; Bilingual Social Media Intern for Vamos Rams | Pinterest Gen Z Consumer Behavior Externship |
| Communications and campaign writing | Corporate Communications Intern: press releases, news clippings and media tracking reports | Beats by Dre Creative Advertising Strategy Externship |
| Analytics and customer insight | Earlier Rams roles: Analytics and Customer Insights and Data Science & Analytics interns | Breaking Games E-Commerce Data Analysis & Strategy Externship |
A finished project also gives you something to talk about besides being a fan, which every sports applicant is.
What Is the Los Angeles Rams Application and Interview Process Like?
The Rams don't publish an interview process, so this is what the postings make clear:
1. Create a TeamWork profile and set alerts. Every Rams posting shows a Get Job Alerts button on the Rams page.
2. Click Apply Now and finish the follow-up screen. The postings say you must fully complete the application after being redirected.
3. Check the role's basics before you apply. Training camp roles need a driver's license and your own computer; season-long roles need July to February availability.
4. Interview. The format isn't published.
The Rams' high school summer internship with LA Promise Fund is a separate program for high school students.
What Students on Reddit Say
We found no usable first-hand Rams internship threads: the two on-topic r/LosAngelesRams threads were a 2021 post about being declined for an equipment internship with no process detail and a 2022 question with no answers.
How Do You Stand Out for a Los Angeles Rams Internship?
Three moves.
First, be ready in January. Rams roles come one department at a time, so have a profile, an alert and a resume ready in advance, and apply in the first week.
Second, match the role's practical needs. Camp roles want a license, a computer and the strength to lift 50 lbs; digital roles want Photoshop and Premiere Pro samples; communications roles want clean writing and, ideally, sports media experience. Bilingual Spanish is called out for digital and social work.
Third, plan your calendar. Season-long roles run July to February at 40 or more hours a week. The Rams publish no class size or conversion rate, so treat the internship as experience and meet people across departments.

The Rams' 2027 postings are expected within three months and give no deadline. Use the time well: a remote Externship gives you a finished project to put next to your gameday availability.
