Don't treat that posting as open-ended. It states no deadline, but last year's twin postings came down about three and nine weeks after they first appeared. The open posting is light on formal gates. What it and last cycle's postings say:
• Skills: "Excel or R experience required" for both the actuarial and product tracks; actuarial or data science coursework or exams are "a plus".
• Class year: not stated on the open role. The rotational program is for college juniors, and last year's Management Liability posting asked for rising juniors.
• Degree: past postings asked for students pursuing a bachelor's degree; business, finance, economics or insurance majors were preferred on several, with all majors considered.
• GPA: none stated on the open role. A past part-time financial reporting internship listed a 3.5 minimum.
• Work authorization: the open posting doesn't address visa sponsorship, so ask the recruiter before you apply if you'll need it.
