Celonis's US summer internship isn't open yet. The Summernaut Internship Program is a 10-week, full-time, in-person program, and Celonis's careers page says applications "open at the start of each year." On October 26, 2026, Celonis's Greenhouse board listed 219 jobs, 60 of them in the US, and none was a US internship. All eight intern postings on the board were in Europe, and the only US early-career postings were full-time graduate programs. In plain words: you apply in early 2027 and intern in summer 2027, so use this fall to get ready. Celonis doesn't publish US intern pay, and we've left it out.
What Is a Celonis Internship?
A Celonis internship in the US is the Summernaut Internship Program, an intensive 10-week summer placement at a process mining and enterprise AI software company. Celonis calls its interns Summernauts and its employees Celonauts. The program page describes it as being for business, engineering, data and economics students, with a mentor, trainings, networking sessions and exposure to senior leaders. Most Celonis internship postings online are in Europe (Munich, Paris, London, Milan), and this guide covers the US program only. Celonis doesn't publish a class size or a conversion rate.
When Do Celonis Internship Applications Open for 2027–2028?
Celonis hasn't published a dated window for its US summer program. Its Summernaut page says applications open at the start of each year, and asks for availability from June through August. On that basis we expect summer 2027 applications in January to February 2027, about 4 months before an early-June start (our assumption; Celonis states no start date). We can't back this with a dated US posting: the closed summer 2026 postings aren't retrievable, and the only dated trace we found was a job-board bot repost, which we didn't use. Greenhouse also returns the same error for a closed posting and an invented one, so we can't prove a past Summernaut posting existed from the board alone.

Why You Must Apply the Week Applications Open
Because no US posting is open, we can't tell you how Celonis closes its Summernaut postings, and we won't guess. The advice that holds either way is to be ready before the window: Celonis says applications open at the start of each year, so have your resume and your data evidence done by the end of December. Check the board the first week of January instead of waiting for a reminder. If the postings turn out to close when filled, being early will matter. If not, you'll have lost nothing.
