Iron Mountain's own jobs site shows a pattern of intern postings appearing around the turn of the year. Archive captures of ironmountain.jobs show Summer 2024 intern postings live by 2 December 2023 and Summer 2025 postings live by 10 to 12 December 2024. A Summer 2026 posting (an online-learning content creator intern in Boston) was still live on 19 February 2026. Captures only give the latest possible posting date, so the real postings may have gone up earlier, and the lead time was at least about 5 to 6 months before a late May start. We couldn't read exact posting dates, so the summer 2027 window below is an expectation.
