In this externship, you’ll explore how Beats by Dre understands its customers and stays ahead of market trends. Using surveys, AI-powered analysis, and real-world consumer data, you’ll uncover what drives buying decisions and brand loyalty. You’ll translate research into insights that help shape marketing, product strategy, and business decisions—gaining experience in the same techniques top consumer brands use.

Project Output

Present your findings on what drives consumers to buy and recommendations for how to drive brand loyalty to senior management at Beats by Dre. 

  • Map customer journeys using frameworks like AIDA, focusing on consumer touchpoints and stages in decision-making.
  • Conduct surveys by analyzing research questions, designing Google Forms, and using AI to enhance question generation, targeting, and survey distribution.
  • Analyze survey responses with a focus on both quantitative (percentages, central tendencies, correlations) and qualitative data, using AI-driven tools for deeper insights.
  • Present insights effectively by creating AI-assisted presentations and dashboards, incorporating data visualizations and tailored reports.
