HBCU students of all backgrounds are welcome to apply to The Home Depot’s Retool Your School Program. During this program, students interact with business leaders to gain meaningful experience, explore career paths, and build competitive skills.

Expect 10 HRS per week, all meetings and events are recorded.
This remote Externship starts Sep 15th, 2025.
Students who successfully complete their externships will receive their educational stipends at the end of the program. This stipend is provided to offset internet and technology costs required for program completion.
This Externship is open to ambitious sophomores, juniors and seniors of all backgrounds with current enrollment status at an accredited HBCU.

Create and present a full analysis and recommendation deck showcasing your strategic thinking to The Home Depot associates
