Prototype AI-powered document intelligence with Pfizer—using OCR, LLMs, and RAG to automate real enterprise PDF workflows and build a standout portfolio project.
The work prototyped an end-to-end document intelligence pipeline for pharmaceutical PDFs, producing cleaned OCR-ready images, spatially-aware parsed exports, OCR comparison artifacts, RAG retrieval experiments, page-level JSON/CSV routing, and a stateful Gradio chatbot. Deliverables included a Colab demo, structured exports, RAG scorecards, and a multi-turn Gradio dashboard.
I delivered a working prototype: image cleaning for OCR, spatial text extraction with structured exports, OCR-engine comparisons and a Colab notebook, hybrid BM25+vector RAG with cross-encoder reranking, page-level JSON/CSV routing, and a stateful Gradio chatbot linked to the document index.
