Overview

In this externship, I addressed Amazon's employee retention challenges, particularly focusing on turnover rates before Day 90. I analyzed employee voice data using Python for data manipulation and designed strategies to improve the onboarding experience, all derived from actionable insights gathered from real employee reviews.
