The work mapped operational roles across an Amazon fulfillment centre, collected and cleaned employee voice data from Glassdoor and YouTube, and prepared that dataset for analysis. Themes and sentiment were extracted and grouped into named workforce segments. The final deliverables included prioritized cohort scores and a two-week, pilot-ready scheduling intervention with a five-slide pitch deck.
