Map the End-to-End BeReal User JourneyI mapped BeReal’s end-to-end user journey and reframed insights into a PM-style problem statement and opportunity.

Benchmark BeReal’s CompetitorsI mapped BeReal’s and a competitor’s product features, analyzed how each feature affected retention and engagement, and produced a comparison table and supporting analyses.

Design a New App FeatureI designed and prototyped a "Still Real" late-post feature that preserved BeReal’s minimalist, authentic posting experience.

Test App Feature in Focus GroupsI planned and documented a moderated focus group to test a prototype feature called "Still Real," including participant mix, session flow, tools, and avoidance of common pitfalls.
