About me

I have some practical experience and I focus on projects that help me learn, test ideas, and prepare for full-time work.

I’m a first-year Finance student at UConn interested in investing, financial markets, and equity research. I’m currently completing a Value Investing & Financial Modeling externship, where I’m learning how to research companies, evaluate investment ideas, and build a stronger understanding of valuation and financial analysis. The externship paired the student with investor-led guidance to analyze public equities using financial models and alternative datasets. What I've accomplished

I selected SunCoke Energy (SXC) from the Russell 2000 Value universe after comparing business models and investment signals, and prepared it for extended analyst coverage.

Project breakdown

The project narrowed Russell 2000 Value candidates and finalized SunCoke Energy for deeper analysis. I compared business models and investment signals, then chose SXC as the stock to carry forward into the 12-week analyst work.
