Corporate Strategy Externship Mentored by Eric Ries

StrategyBusiness Development

Overview

The externship explored how strategic missteps create an "ick factor" for major brands and taught a structured diagnostic method. Work applied the Incorruptible 4 lens framework to historical case studies and to a chosen company, producing framed analyses and comparative examples. Deliverables included diagnostic notes and two case study applications.

What I've accomplished

I produced a completed Incorruptible scorecard for Twitter and a visual scorecard image that documented failures across governance, mission transmission, financial gravity, and mission drive.

Project breakdown

I picked Twitter as my patient, applied the Incorruptible 4-lens framework, completed a scorecard, and recorded governance and ownership as the primary failures that enabled an outside takeover.
