About me

Technology Management MS from the University of Bridgeport. On the BeReal externship I traced churn to an empty first feed users blamed themselves for, then designed and tested the fix.

Technology Management master's from the University of Bridgeport, building toward product management. On the BeReal externship the leak wasn't the daily prompt - 70% of daily actives already post. It was the empty first feed: new users unlock it, see two posts, and quietly leave, blaming their own friend list rather than the app. I designed Circles, a shareable link that creates a small mutual group so day one isn't empty. Scored it with RICE, prototyped it, pitched it against D7 retention rather than MAU. My recommendation was Refine, not Proceed - nobody had used it yet.

What I've accomplished

I mapped the end-to-end BeReal journey, identified that thin friend graphs produced empty feeds after a first post, proposed group-invite onboarding and a neutral timestamp, and defined D1/D7/D30 metrics to test those changes.
