Overview

In this externship with Amazon, I addressed the operational challenge of employee retention by analyzing workforce data. By scraping and interpreting employee reviews, I aimed to devise strategies that could enhance the onboarding experience and ultimately reduce turnover before the critical Day 90. My work combined research and strategy to leverage people data for impactful decision-making.

I delivered cleaned Glassdoor and YouTube datasets, a role-mapped workforce spreadsheet, sentiment and keyword comparisons, a 5 Whys root-cause analysis highlighting physical strain and quota pressure, and a segmented workforce table with labeled counts.
