    CAREON 6 AI Healthcare Capstone Project

    Led end-to-end product discovery for CAREON, an AI-powered healthcare solution for seniors (60+) in Tier-2 Indian cities. Conducted stakeholder interviews and user research to uncover unmet needs, pain points, and workflow gaps. Created personas, journey maps, problem statements, and low-fidelity Figma wireframes to guide solution design. Prioritized MVP features using RICE and MoSCoW frameworks; defined success metrics and experimentation strategy. Designed AI-assisted workflows leveraging LLM concepts and voice-based interactions.

During my externship with BeReal, I examined how product teams foster authenticity while promoting user growth in social applications. I mapped the end-to-end user journey, benchmarked competitors, and designed an innovative app feature, all while aligning with BeReal's mission of unfiltered connections. This project enhanced my understanding of product management and user engagement strategies.

What I've accomplished

I produced a user-journey map and PM problem statement, a shared competitor feature analysis identifying Friend Availability as a key retention driver, and a PRD-lite plus Figma prototype for Real-Time Friend Pulse with success metrics and privacy guardrails.
