I produced a diagnostic FP&A package that included FY25 ratio comparisons to a product-heavy peer band, a three-bullet buyer's read, a leadership memo on customer concentration and working capital, a five-year AV division projection, a DCF valuation in Google Sheets, and a four-page Strategic Recommendation PDF.
