The externship produced a workforce map, cleaned and analyzed employee feedback from Glassdoor and YouTube, and built cohort-level summaries to prioritize interventions. Work included a role table, a cleaned review dataset, sentiment and keyword processing, root-cause mapping, cohort segmentation, and a pilot-ready intervention with a short pitch deck.

I produced a structured role spreadsheet, a cleaned CSV of employee feedback, sentiment-cleaning code and examples, a root-cause tree for Scheduling and Physical Exhaustion, a 139-review cohort segmentation with priority rankings, and a 5-slide pilot deck proposing a zone-led rest-point and break-entitlement cards.

The externship taught AI agent development with n8n focused on generating visual outputs from prompts. The work set up agent workflows and produced concrete artifacts, including a production-style prompt for a premium Organic Modern rug moodboard that specified layout, lighting, color codes, lens guidance, material close-ups, and export constraints.

What I've accomplished

I wrote a production-grade prompt that generated a premium Organic Modern rug moodboard, specifying layout, lighting, exact color codes, lens and shot guidance, material close-ups, and export constraints.

Project breakdown

During the n8n externship I created a Prompt Node that produced a detailed, photorealistic moodboard prompt. I specified layout, lighting, materials, color codes, camera perspectives, and panel composition, producing a single high‑resolution editorial moodboard prompt.
