Overview

The work examined a smart-water system for a 500-room hotel, documenting assets, threats, and mitigations across an end-to-end IoT pipeline. Deliverables included a professional threat model, an insecure and then TLS/mTLS-secured MQTT stack, replay defenses, a real-time security dashboard, and an isolation-forest anomaly layer. The work was awarded Top Performer by Hydroficient.

What I've accomplished

I produced a complete set of technical deliverables: a documented threat model, a Python sensor log generator, an insecure and then TLS/mTLS-secured MQTT pipeline, replay-attack defenses, a real-time security dashboard with test reports, and an Isolation Forest anomaly detector.
