I produced a quantified Pain Point Chart listing ten recurring complaints with illustrative quotes and scope notes, and an AIDA-based Customer Journey Map documenting discovery channels, stage-by-stage customer thoughts, purchase actions, and post-purchase verification behaviors.

I analyzed sampled review excerpts with AI, grouped recurring complaints into 10 pain points, and quantified mention frequency. The top issues were comfort, battery life, and app/software problems, with illustrative example quotes and scope notes.
