The work analyzed operational structures and frontline roles in Amazon fulfillment centers. It reviewed role responsibilities and interactions, mapped workflows and hierarchies, and translated those observations into artifacts for people analytics. Deliverables included a role-by-role spreadsheet documenting duties, collaborators, common tools, and the rationale for each role.
