What I've accomplished

I delivered a role-by-role workforce map, a cleaned CSV of Glassdoor and YouTube feedback with six annotated examples, frequency and sentiment analyses across leadership, opportunities, and environment, a 5 Whys root-cause tree for Algorithmic Surveillance with five alternative tracking approaches, and a pilot-ready 'Named Leader, No Gaps' accountability model.
