The externship examined case management workflows at the Institute of Mental Health, using process analysis, stakeholder mapping, and dashboard prototyping. Work produced stakeholder and challenge maps, a decision tree and flowchart for waitlist management, and a Claude AI dashboard prototype that surfaced risk flags and contact options.

I produced a stakeholder map with documented sources and risks, identified the first seven days after intake as a high-risk window, built a decision tree and flowchart for waitlist management, and prototyped a Claude AI dashboard that organized waitlist data and surfaced risk flags.
