The work consolidated five years of audited statements, built a formula-driven financial model, projected FY26–FY30 performance for the AV division, and converted those forecasts into a DCF valuation range. The deliverables included a four-page Strategic Recommendation Document and supporting model files. The work was awarded Top Performer by Attronica.

I produced a single formula-driven financial workbook with 15 audit checks, a ratio-analysis tab, an operations memo identifying inventory as the primary cash lever with SKU and tech recommendations, a FY26–FY30 projection with a detailed assumptions table, and a DCF that produced an enterprise value range for the AV division.
