Project 1: Learn Why Consumer Insights MatterI distinguished between consumers and customers, developed a comprehensive "Ideal Consumer List" for targeted segments, and created a Customer Journey Map using the AIDA framework to effectively map crucial touchpoints between businesses and consumers.

Project 3: Conduct Sentiment AnalysisI learned exploratory data analysis (EDA) and sentiment analysis basics, enhancing my Python skills using Google Colab. I gathered and cleaned data with Pandas and NumPy, conducted EDA, and visualized insights from customer reviews sourced online.

Building the Consumer Trend Discovery AI AgentI built and submitted the final, end-to-end Market Trend Discovery Agent and its deliverables.

Building the Competitor Monitoring AI AgentI built a competitor monitoring agent workflow that parsed user input, fetched product data from retailers, and generated a consolidated competitor analysis report.

Designing the AI Insights & Content AgentI implemented and tested an enhanced AI Insights & Content Agent for the project, connecting nodes and refining prompts to produce on-brand content outputs.
