Overview

The externship turned six raw CSV sources into a structured SQLite analytics database and used SQL to answer quarter-end questions. Work included schema cleanup, building a product dimension, assigning product IDs and foreign keys, and writing joined and aggregated queries that produced raw results for common business questions.

On Day 3 I queried the provided SQLite tables to answer five common business questions. I wrote and ran SQL (top products by units and revenue, product count, total ad spend) and recorded the queries plus their raw results in a shared document.

Faced with four disconnected spreadsheets, I created a dim_product dimension, assigned clean product IDs, added foreign keys to source tables, and produced joined queries that unified ad-to-purchase journeys into a single view.
