The externship produced a three-statement financial model and a DCF-style valuation for a publicly filed tech company. Work began with a one-page synthesis of the company's 10-K, then historical cash flows and balance-sheet ties were reconstructed and documented. Finally, a Driver tab translated assumptions into a linked three-year Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.

I delivered a model-ready one-page company snapshot, a reconciled cash-flow mapping that ties to the balance sheet, and a Driver tab powering a linked three-year forecast used in a DCF-style valuation.
I read the company 10-K and condensed its business into a one-page snapshot. I summarized segments (Mobility, Benefits, Corporate Payments), revenue streams, key risks, competitors, management tone, and listed positives and red flags.
I extracted the cash flow lines from the filings, mapped each item to the required CF categories, and built CF_Final with formulas that aggregated period flows and tied cash at beginning/end to the balance sheet. I documented category rules and FX mapping.
The task set a company forecast, I built a Driver tab in Excel, translated assumptions into model line items, and linked the Driver inputs to a three-year Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow so changes updated across the model.

I built messaging around their care management platform, centered on four value drivers: higher quality scores, reduced readmissions, streamlined preventive care, and increased recurring provider revenue. Using AI tools, I crafted and sent a personalized outreach campaign to a consolidated FQHC target list, reaching 500+ emails at a 4% response rate.
