The externship exercised offensive and defensive techniques against an operational IoT deployment at the Grand Marina. Work mapped device interactions, identified assets and attack surfaces, and applied STRIDE to map threats to specific components. Deliverables included a documented threat model and a model-card image.

Worked with a cross-functional project team to analyze a real-world sustainability problem involving glass-waste reduction. Conducted user research, participated in solution ideation, prototype development, and applied a 7-stage design-thinking framework. Proposed scalable implementation strategies and presented a “Green Rage Room” sustainability initiative.
Developed a proposed service concept called the Uber Influencer Program (UIP), analyzed user and business needs, created an implementation roadmap, developed KPI and performance-measurement framework, and developed a WordPress web page to demonstrate the proposed service.
