Overview

The externship taught AI agent engineering using n8n to connect data sources, run agent workflows, and produce deliverables. Work included an image-prompting moodboard generator, a consumer trend agent focused on area rugs that aggregated Amazon and social data and produced a downloadable trend report, and a competitor monitoring agent that merged marketplace data and produced a competitor

What I've accomplished

I delivered three agent-driven artifacts: an image-prompt moodboard workflow, a consumer-trend report for area rugs (HTML/PDF) generated from Amazon and social data, and a competitor analysis PDF combining Wayfair, Amazon, and Walmart product data.

Project breakdown

During the externship I built an n8n workflow (chat trigger → AI Agent) that transformed brief style inputs into full image-generation prompts. I tested two opposite styles and produced detailed, ready-to-use prompts for each.

The externship focused on Area Rugs. I wired n8n workflows to fetch Amazon and social data, used AI to extract attributes and group micro-segments, generated moodboard images, and produced a downloadable HTML/PDF trend report (final report linked).

The externship brief required a full agent. I collected Wayfair, Amazon and Walmart product data, merged records, and prompted the AI to analyze pricing, brands, and gaps. The deliverable was a formatted competitor analysis PDF reporting supplier and pricing gaps.
