Overview

The externship examined how operational practices and workforce experience interact in Amazon fulfillment centers. The work combined web-scraped employee reviews with people-analytics methods to extract patterns in early-tenure attrition and to develop persona-based recommendations. Deliverables included analyzed review datasets and persona profiles derived from that analysis.
