The externship examined operational and people-data challenges related to employee retention in Amazon fulfillment centers. Work combined public employee-review scraping, persona development, and strategy design to surface trends in early-tenure departures. Delivered artifacts included scraped review datasets, analytic summaries, and persona-driven recommendations.
