The project worked on financial planning and analysis for a mid-size, family-owned IT firm preparing for a potential sale. Work included organizing and cleaning historical financials, constructing a multi-year forecast model, and building a valuation using the cleaned data and forecast. Deliverables were a reconciled financial dataset, a forecast model, and a valuation report.
I produced a single-sheet financial model for FY2022–2025 that included Inputs, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, an Equity rollforward, eight FP&A ratios, and workbook-wide audit checks and formatting conventions.
