The work mapped roles and responsibilities across an Amazon fulfillment center and turned scattered Glassdoor and YouTube feedback into an analysis-ready dataset. The project combined sentiment scoring, keyword analysis, theme extraction, and segmentation, and culminated in a five-slide pilot recommendation and a two-week pilot plan.

Find Sentiment & Keyword Patterns in Employee Voice DataI cleaned and analyzed employee feedback text to extract keywords and sentiment, then compared patterns across Glassdoor and YouTube.

Uncover Themes & Root Causes in Employee Voice DataI summarized themes, sentiment, and representative quotes from employee feedback and produced a themed summary table.

Segment the Workforce & Identify PrioritiesI segmented employee feedback into labeled cohorts and identified which groups showed the most recurring friction.
