Overview

The work analyzed retention and onboarding challenges within Amazon fulfillment operations using people-data methods and operational-strategy frameworks. The project combined web-scraped employee feedback with structured analysis to surface patterns in early-tenure exits. Findings and artifacts were packaged as persona-driven recommendations and analytic deliverables.

What I've accomplished

I produced a documented AFC workforce org map with role descriptions and annotated notes, packaged as a single shared deliverable.

Project breakdown

Facing the FC briefing, I mapped roles and reporting lines across shifts, documented key Learning Ambassador touchpoints, and produced a shared Google Doc that showed the workforce structure and operational handoffs.
